Book Review: Pushing the Limits by Katie McGarry

My Review:  Pushing the Limits is absolutely an amazing book! Katie McGarry is a very talented author who wrote a story that felt so real and was quite captivating. This book has definitely became one of my favorites. The most amazing thing about this book, is that there is a chance that this could could really happen in life. When reading, I could really envision the story. There were no vampires, werewolves, witches, faeries, monsters, etc..., but there definitely was magic to this book.

I would without a doubt recommend this book to others. There's just something so touching and enticing about Pushing the Limits that I just absolutely loved. 5/5 STARS all the way!!!!!!

Just out of curosity....

Does anyone else see the similarities between the girl on the cover, Big Bad Bite by Jessie Lane (awesome cover btw), and the character Selene from the Underworld movies, or is it just me?

Just out of curiosity....

How many people reread or watch over and over again a book or movie series before the next installment of the series comes out, just to refresh your memory of what has happened?

Book Review: Finale by Becca Fitzpatrick (Book four of the Hush, Hush Series)

My Review: At first, Finale seemed to be a bit slow for me, but the pace did get better as the book went on- especially after the cemetery scene between the dog, Dante, and Nora (don't want to spoil the story, so that's all I'm going to give).  I thought this book would take me a couple more days to read, especially with my schedule this week, but I was able to finish the last 300 pages quite quickly, not even having to give up much sleep to do so :)

Once again, Becca Fitzpatrick has written a novel that is captivating and thrilling.  I just love the Hush, Hush series!  The love, sacrifice, and determination between Nora and Patch- and other characters- has made this book, and the others, a very amazing story.  I laughed and I cried in Finale.

Fitzpatrick had created a story that I will be reading many times in the future.  This is definitely a book worth reading.   4/5 STARS
