Book Review: Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick

A Little About the Book: For Nora Grey, romance was not part of the plan. At least, not until Patch came along. With his easy smile and probing eyes, Nora is drawn to him against her better judgment. But after a series of terrifying encounters, Nora’s not sure who to trust—she can’t decide whether she should fall into Patch’s arms or run and hide from him. And when she tries to seek some answers, she finds herself near a truth more unsettling than any feeling Patch evokes. For Nora stands amid an ancient battle between the immortal and those who have fallen—and choosing the wrong side will cost her life.

My Review:  Hush, Hush is an amazing story!  Becca Fitzpatrick did an outstanding job when creating this novel.  Fitzpatrick took to characters, Nora and Patch, and told the story of a dark, but powerful, love that neither character had thought they would want.  Nora was all for keeping her distance, but she didn't have the strength to fight the unmistakable attraction she felt for Patch, even when he irritated and scared her.  Patch, who had dark plans for young Nora, couldn't help feeling the same attraction in return.  He started out trying to get close to her, and in doing so, his feelings for her grew and turned into something he hadn't thought would happen.   But that love came at a price that neither of them would have expected.

Hush, Hush really is a must read for any avid reader (or whoever just wants a good book to read).  It's one of those books that will entrance you from beginning to end.  5/5 STARS!
