Book Review: Rebel Angels by Libba Bray (Book two of the Gemma Doyle Trilogy)

My Review:  After the loss of a friend, Gemma, Felicity, and Ann are heartbroken. Gemma especially feels guilty over Pippa's death, but their mourning does not last for long, because in the realms Pippa still lives- somewhat.

With new dangers and thrills, the girls put the magic to the test and have to learn the hard lesson that not all is as it seems and not everyone can be trusted. Those they thought to be friend, will betray them in the most devious ways.

Once again, Libba Bray, has created a magical novel set in a different era. With new twist and turns, this novel proves to be a thrilling ride with each turn of a page. The characters are well distinguished, even if they are annoying sometimes with their superior attitude because of their belief that they are of a higher class- but that attitude does cause a grin to the face for how whiny and petty they are.

I would definitely recommend this novel to others.  4/5 STARS
